Pizza
Pizza is a famous Italian dish savored around the world. The entire credit for the popularity of Pizza in the United States goes to the chain of pizzerias all over the country. While the base and the texture of Pizza remains same across the globe, it's the toppings that differs from country to country. In the United States, you will find the top pizzerias serving pizzas with the toppings of mainly beef, bacon, chicken, ham, and sausage for the non-vegetarians. Other than these famous meat options, Pizzas with veg toppings such as mushrooms, pepperonis, garlic, tomatoes, spinach, etc. are also famous in most restaurants in the United States.
Irrespective of your locality, you will find a variety of different restaurants in your cities offering pizzas of all different types. Pizza is hot favorite among people of all ages in the United States. A large size pizza is enough to feed a family of 3 or 4 at large. Pizza is also the most preferred food whenever a group of friends is hanging out together. Pizza gained popularity in the United States after the American soldiers stationed in Italy returned from World War II.
Over the years, different pizzerias in the United States have developed their own respective regional variations. Pizza gained popularity as the iconic dish in the United States in the second half of the 20th century. Whether you prefer thin or thick crust pizza, you can find a pizza of your preference at the best pizza restaurants in your city.
Italian Cuisine
The immense popularity of Italian cuisine globally isn't unknown. You can find an Italian Pizzeria around every corner of almost every city in the United States. Not to forget that in every house, people enjoy mac and cheese as comfort food. But it would be wrong to believe that Italian food starts with pizza and ends with good pasta as this Mediterranean country has much more to offer other than these two dishes. In Italian Cuisine, there is a high use of fresh tomatoes, all kinds of herbs, great quality of cheese, all types of meat, seafood and fresh handmade pasta. Many find it hard to believe that Italians have been making noodles long back.
Italian and Greek cuisines are always mistaken to be same, but they are poles apart. The primary difference between the two cuisines is the use of cheese in most of the Italian dishes. Italians love to cultivate their own cheese and process them as per their food requirement. It is believed that some cheese is so expensive that cheese producers secure them in lockers.
If you are bored eating the same old pasta or pizza, you can try some of the authentic Italian dishes like Risotto, Polenta, Ribollita, Lasagna, Fiorentina Steak, Bottarga, Ossobuco, Carbonara, Focaccia, Arancini and Supplì. Another item which Italians love to relish every morning is a good cup of Italian Coffee. Once you taste a freshly brewed cup of Italian Coffee, you might not visit Starbucks ever again. Authentic Italian food is made with heart and soul, so go find a restaurant where you can relish Italian cuisine in your city.

Took over an hour to get the pizza and all of the toppings were burned and only in the center of the pizza. The crust was soggy and when you picked up a slice everything fell off. This place is so hit or miss that's it's just not worth it.

Same shit as the other place except it's a new location. Always fuck up the order royally.

I love me some Steve's Pizza! After living in the area for over 30 years, I was psyched to see that this location was opening and I would now have two Steve's Pizza locations to choose from. However, with new locations come some obstacles to overcome. I've ordered from them and for the most part, their pizzas are hit or miss. Either the crusts are too thin or too thick. We ordered a pizza last Friday evening (large pepperoni, onion, and mushroom) and when we arrived to pick it up 45 minutes later, the toppings were just thrown on, not in any set fashion and definitely not evenly distributed. Some pizza slices had about ten pieces of pepperoni on it, while others had none. On top of that, the crust was so thin that it was soggy and chewy in the middle. This isn't the first time we have experienced this. They were abnormally busy for a Friday night, but busy isn't an excuse to slack on quality. I wish this Steve's location would work out the kinks and provide the quality that comes with the name.

So I ordered pizza but what I got was a box of dripping oil with a pizza in it. Beyond disgusting.

If I could give them 0 stars I would. I called for takeout and ordered a small Steves Special which had sausage, ground beef, pepperoni, onions, green peppers and mushrooms. I don't like mushrooms so asked they leave them off and replace them with fresh garlic. When I went to pick it up, they wanted to charge me for an extra item. It told them what they could do with their pizza!

I will give this express a 5 star. I am so glad steves south has some help in cutler bay for how busy they have been for years! Although they are my favorite pizza place, I stopped ordering from there due to an experience of waiting almost 3 hrs for pizza, and that's no exaggeration! The pizza, pasta, and garlic rolls are excellent! I order from here almost every weekend! Thank you for opening this location!

Ok, I just had my second pizza ever from Steve's and though they forgot a topping, I'm still giving them 5 starts! Why? Because the flavor of their ingredients are just so dam good! And I'm very picky about ingredients, having been a chef for the last 20 years. I don't know if everything has the same quality but, if are ordering a pizza with just mushrooms and eggplant you won't be disappointed. Bottom line, If you want good NY style pizza in the area, they are a good choice.

So good! Best NY slice in south Miami. Their Jumbo size can feed a small army.

Best Pizza in the area.

I used to order from steves ALL THE TIME a couple years back..... I decided to order this weekend from the new steves express since it's right next to my house. Not sure if it's my taste buds that changed or experience.... but the pizza wasn't how i remembered it in my head. the dough felt thicker than usual and overall I wasn't as wowed by it like i used to be. Overall, it was a decent pizza... average in quality. I do want to go back to the location on US1 to see if this is a location thing or... ???

Horrible service!!! If I could give half a star I definitely would. They tell you an hour/hour and 15 minutes max but it really takes one hour and 45 minutes just for the delivery to get to you. Then when you call to ask where is your food at, they tell you the order was placed way after you placed it and think it's ok. Where is the customer service at??? Never again. They have good pizza but their customer service sucks

Sunday night in waiting to watch the game of thrones and I decided for pizza delivery for dinner- so I called up Steve's pizza express but before doing so I looked for reviews and found their stuffed pizza! It sounded amazing but I didn't want all that meat- so I called and asked if I could do the stuffed pizza with only ham cheese and pineapple. She said sure and so I waited 1hr for the pizza to arrive- they charges me $28 for a medium stuffed pizza!!! Seriously that's expensive specially because they got the order wrong I was to hungry to call and complain but the pizza came with all the meats - probably why it was so expensive - but I didn't want the meats- it felt like a sandwich full of meat and no cheese or bread! To say the least I ate 2 slices and the rest of the pizza is still sitting in the oven! I might as well have ordered a calzone- it comes with more cheese! Completely disappointed in the food. Tip: if you want a sandwich rather than pizza then the stuffed pizza is for you! And beware it comes with all the meats and cost a fortune

When they first opened I ordered fettucini Alfredo, it was tasteless, bland, and disappointing. Well months past by and I decided to give then a second chance, I ordered baked ziti with meatballs and a side or ricotta. Horrible! The meatballs are literally flavorless, the dish has no flavor at all, the bottom of the to go container had a bit of water, there was no sauce, the pasta was naked! There was a lot of cheese, which I love and the garlic breads (3) was okay. The salads that come with the order was blah, the lettuce was a bit brown, I threw it away. I'm never ordering pasta from them again, so sad, I can't believe they would sell a past dish like that. If you are going to do something then do it right, show some interest in what you do Steve's pizza express!

Tried delivery for first time. Arrived quickly and was hot and tasty. Will continue to do business with them.

Pizza Joy! Better than Steve's. Great sauce, delivery was fine. Crust was more baked and crispy than the original Steve's. About to order again.
(5)J D.
had pizza tonight. This is not ny style pizza,,not even close. Its ok but crust is thin but not cooked well...sauce has no taste,,,cheese is good and plenty...I guess for cutler bay its great but will try other places over on rte 1 next week..

Finally great pizza in the Cutler Bay area. The only other choices were Little Caesars (YUCK) or Sir Pizza (cardboard with sauce and cheese) Steve's have a generous amount of cheese, not too saucy and perfect thin crust. So happy.

I have been going to the Palmetto Bay Steve's Pizza location since before I could walk. However, the last few times I have gone there, they were clearly overwhelmed. They completely forgot our pizza once (waited over an hour before they noticed), or the delivery took 3 hours. That's why I was happy to see that they opened the Steve's Pizza Express, which is located just down the road from my house. I hoped that this would relieve some of the business from the Palmetto Bay location. Tonight, I called at 5:15 pm and placed a takeout order for an extra large pizza with half cheese, the other half mushroom and pepperoni. The man on the phone repeated it back to me correctly. He then told me the total and quoted me 30 minutes. I arrived around 5:40, knowing I was a few minutes early. I paid for my order, which the young man behind the counter again repeated to me (correctly). I then proceeded to stand and wait. I could see the manager (owner?) sitting at a nearby table. I recognize him from the other location. So I waited. Maybe 10 minutes later, the young man behind the counter asked me what my order was (after he just repeated it back to me 10 minutes ago). I told him again, and kept waiting. Not once did the manager/owner try to get involved. At this point it's 5:50 and I can still see around 4 pizzas (in boxes) that have been sitting on top of the oven for some time now. Finally, I overhear another staff member, a female, ask the young man what I am waiting on. Next thing I know, she walks over to the oven, and pulls down my pizza. Unless they very stealthily placed it up there while I was looking out the window, I believe it was there the whole time. Now it's 6:00, and I'm ready to get home. I was going to open the box to make sure it was correct, but I was distracted, trying to figure out how I was going to make a left onto Old Cutler. Big mistake. Once I got home, i opened the box and realized that the ENTIRE pizza was pepperoni and mushroom, not the half like I requested. And, it was fairly cold, so I know it was most likely ready by the time I got there, and was just sitting on top of the oven. I still gave two stars because the pizza was still good (albeit cold). I wouldn't have waited for a new pizza anyway, had I realized the error, but I don't know if I'll be back. It's always a mistake with them the past year or so, and I'm over it. There's nowhere to email them on their website, so I plan on placing a call. I'll just leave the picture if my pizza and receipt, in case someone with some from Steve's actually reads this.

Ate their pizza for dinner this evening via delivery. I placed the order at 7 and I got my pizza at 7:30. Fast delivery and the pizza tasted great! I'm so happy they opened one closer to my house.

This pizza is so goooooood! We ordered for take out since we live right near by and the pie was hot and delicious when we got home. My boyfriend and I ate left overs for four days and the pizza was still good heated up in the microwave, or in the oven! I would recommend Steve's pizza to anyone.

Delicious pizza! Great dough , fresh toppings and great salsa . Very impressed with service. Quick delivery -

Managment terrible, customer service terrible, delivery drivers forget things, only reason I gave two stars is because the food is good old fashion Steves pizza we have all come to know and love...on my last visit the sign at the door said Baked potato soup. So I asked for a cup of the potato soup and the kid didn't even know if he had soup so he asked the first person behind him working in the kitchen what soup they had that day...his response was and I quote "Cream of my balls soup" I laughed it off completely insulted, paid for my pizza and left knowing I would never use steves pizza express again...place needs a complete staffing overhaul or someone to teach proper business etiquette.

The pizza from here is really good so i was surprised when my last order was subpar. I ordered a gyro platter and a greek salad. Wow were they both bad. The gyro tastes like boiled meat. The greek salad was even more disappointing. For a small salad that cost $7.25, I expected to see something that resembled the color green. All I got was feta cheese on top of iceberg lettuce. Next time I order from here I am sticking with the pizza. Not sure why they would have items on the menu if they are going to be so bad. Stick to what you do best Steve's and get rid of what you don't. Lastly, I highly suggest that if you are going to charge a good amount of money for a salad, then add some real greens.

This pizza is delicious! However, you have to be careful while eating it. It's too thin and the ingredients will definitely fall off. Also ordered some chicken wings which were definitely finger licking. Delivery was super fast for a Saturday evening. My order came in exactly how I placed it!
